About Me
Hey, My name's Joshua Bullard and I’m a licensed Realtor® in the Phoenix Valley with experience in the local real estate market dating back to 2017. Currently licensed with eXp Realty, I’ve had the opportunity to work through multiple market cycles and see firsthand how Phoenix has grown, shifted, and evolved over the years. That long-term perspective allows me to guide clients with clarity, honesty, and realistic expectations—whether they’re renting, buying, selling, or relocating.
While I’m happy to assist with renting, buying, or selling, my primary focus is helping first-time homebuyers navigate what can often feel like an overwhelming process. Many of my clients start as renters, unsure of when—or if—homeownership is possible.
